  1. 2 tbspButter
  2. 4 loafSalmon
  3. 2 cupWhite Wine
  4. 1 cupBrandy
  5. 2 cloveGarlic
  6. 1 tspParsley
  7. 1/3 lbShrimp
  8. 1/4 lbBacon
  9. 250 mlCream
  10. 1Pepper
  11. 1Salt
  12. 1/2 cupParmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the garlic and the parsley

  2. 2

    Cut the bacon in little pieces

  3. 3

    Fry the bacon in its own fat until it is crunchy

  4. 4

    Heat shrimps in a pan until they release their water

  5. 5

    Drain the shrimps

  6. 6

    Once drained, put them back in the pan and finish cooking them with half the butter

  7. 7

    Cook the salmon by both sides using the rest of the butter

  8. 8

    Add the garlic and the parsley

  9. 9

    Add the brandy and flame the salmon

  10. 10

    Add the white wine

  11. 11

    Add the cream

  12. 12

    Add the Bacon and the shrimp

  13. 13

    Add salt and pepper

  14. 14

    Place everything in a mold

  15. 15

    Sprinkle the parmesan over the salmon

  16. 16

    Bake in oven until cheese is golden

  17. 17

    Serve
