
Garlic Brandy Flamed Salmon in Shrimp and Bacon Sauce

Chop the garlic and the parsley

Cut the bacon in little pieces

Fry the bacon in its own fat until it is crunchy

Heat shrimps in a pan until they release their water

Drain the shrimps

Once drained, put them back in the pan and finish cooking them with half the butter
