Ingredients

  • 1Butternut Squash (cleaned & chopped)
  • 1/2Red Onion, chopped
  • 1Basting oil
  • 1Salt & Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 350°F

  2. 2

    Toss veggies with basting oil, until evenly coated. Then, season and place on baking sheet.

  3. 3

    Bake for 45 minutes or until squash is tender.
