Ingredients

  1. 1Butternut Squash (cleaned & chopped)
  2. 1/2Red Onion, chopped
  3. 1Basting oil
  4. 1Salt & Pepper

Steps

    Preheat oven 350°F

  2. 2

    Toss veggies with basting oil, until evenly coated. Then, season and place on baking sheet.

  3. 3

    Bake for 45 minutes or until squash is tender.
