
Satay Chicken With Jasmin Rice

Mix lime juice, peanut butter,curry powder, mango chutney, Mayonaise & sweet chili in a dish

Cover chicken with marinade, & put in fridge for 2hrs

Cook on top of halogen oven 175 for 30 minutes

Add1 cup of rice to pan with 4 cups of boiling water

Add 4 chopped spring onions, & 1 cup of sweetcorn. Add salt & pepper & 2 jasmin teabags.

Bring rice to boil & simmer for 30 minutes until all of the water has been absorbed
