  2. 1/2 cupCream red wine
  3. 1Salt
  4. 1 1/2 cupChicken broth
  5. 1/4 cupFlour
  6. 1 cupWater

    Bake for 1 1/2 hour on 350

  2. 2

    Turn over

  3. 3

    When turned over add 1 1/2 chicken broth

  4. 4

    When done make sauce

  5. 5

    Sauce:
    sauce from meat
    1/4 cup flour
    1 cup water
    Blend
