I made the chicken by itself for dinner one night with herbs and vegetables fresh out of my garden. I decided it would be better in tacos!! :) I hope you like!

Add olive oil to a large frying pan on med.-high heat. Once heated add thawed chicken breast. Do not cover. Note: Can cook frozen chicken if cooking with water instead of oil, and cover.

While one side of chicken is browning, chop garlic, onion, and rosemary. After about 7 minutes, flip chicken, add cumin then add chopped ingredients.

Cook for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cut Limes into wedges, thinly slice Avacadoes, chop tomatoes, and shred lettuce.

Preheat oven to match your box of Taco shells instructions. Shred or chop chicken breast, whichever suits you.

Now your ready to put together your tacos! First chicken, squeeze Limes over chicken, Pepperjack cheese (if desired), romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and Avacadoes. Enjoy these easy fresh Tacos!
