3Eggs
90 gramsSugar
90 gramsFlour
20 gramsUnsalted Butter
1as needed Vanilla essence/paste/beans

Egg + Sugar in a mixing bowl. Whip till ribbon stage.

Add vanilla. Add in the sifted flour into the eggs and fold with a rubber spatula.

Melt the butter. Add melted butter into the batter and fold.
4

Line baking pan with parchment paper. Pour batter into the baking pan and bake in a 180C oven for about 25 mins.
