Ingredients

2 lbbeef cut into cubed
4 cupbeef broth
1/2 tspcinnamon
2 ozchopped dark chocolate
1sprinkle of onion and garlic powder
2 tbsptomato paste
2 tbspmexican seasoning plus oregano

Steps

season beef , add garlic, onion powder,and place in slow cooker

whisk broth, Mexican seasoning, tomato paste, cinnamon together

pour over beef and stir to mix. cover and cook high6 hours. add chocolate during last hour.
4

stir before serving the stew. serve with flour tortillas
