Ingredients

  • 2 lbbeef cut into cubed
  • 4 cupbeef broth
  • 1/2 tspcinnamon
  • 2 ozchopped dark chocolate
  • 1sprinkle of onion and garlic powder
  • 2 tbsptomato paste
  • 2 tbspmexican seasoning plus oregano

Steps

  1. 1

    season beef , add garlic, onion powder,and place in slow cooker

  2. 2

    whisk broth, Mexican seasoning, tomato paste, cinnamon together

  3. 3

    pour over beef and stir to mix. cover and cook high6 hours. add chocolate during last hour.

  4. 4

    stir before serving the stew. serve with flour tortillas
