Brown the chicken (or Beef) in the oil and place in the crock pot on a low heat.

Mix Chilli, Flour, Tumeric, Corriander, Ginger and Garam Masala in a bowl with about 75ml of water to form a paste.

Add the paste to crock pot and cover meat in paste, ensuring complete coverage, crumble over the stoc? cubes and add the Bay, Garlic, Cardimum and Cloves.

Cover the meat with 600ml of cold water and mix thoroughly. Cook on a low heat for six hours or until the meat is at a crumbling texture.

Serve over Pilau Rice and enjoy!
