Ingredients

  • 1 cuplong grain rice
  • 2 cancoconut milk nineteen ounces each can
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupchopped walnuts
  • 3/4 cupgolden raisins
  • 3/4 cuptart dried cherries
  • 1 tspcinnamon ground
  • 2 slicefresh pineapple core cut away

Steps

  1. 1

    in a pot with tight fitting lid bring milk up to heat

  2. 2

    add all the ingredients

    bring to boil

  4. 4

    stir occasionally

  5. 5

    after 5 minutes turn to lowest heat let simmmer when liquid is almost gone stir cover remove from heat let sit 12 minutes
