  • 1 1/2 lbPork roast
  • 1 canPineapple chunks
  • 1 smallCan pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cupBrown sugar
  • 2 tbspCornstarch
  • 2 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 smallRed bell pepper cut in strips
  • 1/4 cupRice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cuponions
  • 1 cupSliced little green onions

  1. 1

    Sliced red/yellow peppers and onions cook in a small amount of oil add remaining ingredients except for the cornstarch

  2. 2

    Mix cornstarch with small amount of cold water

  3. 3

    Add to the ingredients and cook until thick
