  1. 1 1/2 lbPork roast
  2. 1 canPineapple chunks
  3. 1 smallCan pineapple juice
  4. 1/2 cupBrown sugar
  5. 2 tbspCornstarch
  6. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  7. 1/2 tspSalt
  8. 1 smallRed bell pepper cut in strips
  9. 1/4 cupRice wine vinegar
  10. 1/2 cuponions
  11. 1 cupSliced little green onions

  1. 1

    Sliced red/yellow peppers and onions cook in a small amount of oil add remaining ingredients except for the cornstarch

  2. 2

    Mix cornstarch with small amount of cold water

  3. 3

    Add to the ingredients and cook until thick
