Seasoned Korean Spinach Salad (Sigumchi Namul)
Simple yet delicious. :) Enjoy.

Trim the spinach roots and wash the spinach in cold water thoroughly

Boil the water in a pan for 5-7 mins. Add salt once the water starts to boil, then plunge the spinach into the pot and leave it for 30 seconds

Drain the boiled water and run cold water in the spinach for a minute
- 4
Squeeze the spinach to remove excess water
- 5
Cut the spinach into 2-3 pieces with a knife. (No need to do this if you are using a baby spinach)

Add the seasoning sauce and mix well with your hands
