Make a thick batter with the listed covering ingredients.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add crushed coriander seeds,fennel seeds / sauf,garlic and onion and stir for one mins.

Add blanched peas / matar,green chilli and curry leaves and mix well..

Season with red chilli powder and salt

Add boiled and grated potatoes and mix well.

Now stuffing is ready.

Divide the stuffing into four parts

To make a round shape of stuffing dip in the thick batter..

Deep fry the bonda golden and crispy.

Drain in paper napkin

Serve hot with tea.
