  1. 500 gramskammut flour
  2. 200 gramspumpkin pure'
  3. 200 mlwarm water
  4. 1 tbspdried yeast
  5. 1 tbspbrown sugar
  6. 1 tbspsalt
  7. 80 mlEV olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    add sugar and yeast to water an let rest for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    add pumpkin salt and oil to flour and mix.

  3. 3

    add the yeasted water to the dough and knead for 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    let rest covered in warm place for 2 hours.

  5. 5

    after the dough has risen and doubled in size form desired shapes.

  6. 6

    let the breads rest for minimum 2 hours or all night long.

  7. 7

    before baking, heat the oven to the maximum, put a pot full of water into the oven to create humidity

  8. 8

    bake the breads for about 40 minutes or untill golder brown.
