Sabse pehle pani ko pan mein boil karein jab wo boil hona start ho jaye usme suji aur chawal ka aata dal ke ache se hilaye wo ek dum thick ho jayega tb gas off krde

Ab ek pan pe 4 tspn dale jab wo garam ho jaye usme chopped garlic dale aur green peas isko 2 minute saute karein aur lid se cover krde 5 to 7 minutes ke liye ab isme chopped onion dale aur salt aut black pepper dalke mix karein uske baad isme paneer crushed kar ke dale aur ache se mix karein

Ab suji aur chawal ke mixture ke chhote chhote pede bana le apne hathon se thoda sa press kar ke usme 1 spoon peas wali filling fill karein aise hi sb banayein aur inko deep fry karein golden brown hone tak
