Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupFlour
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 3/4 tspCinnamon
  • 1/2 tspBaking Soda
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspNutmeg
  • 3/4 cupButter
  • 1 3/4 cupQuick Oats
  • 1 cupMashed Bananas
  • 1Egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cupNuts, chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. 2

    Mix dry ingredients.

  3. 3

    Cut in margarine.

  4. 4

    Add oats, mashed bananas, egg and nuts.

  5. 5

    Mix thoroughly until blended.

  6. 6

    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.

  7. 7

    Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
