Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupFlour
  2. 1 cupSugar
  3. 3/4 tspCinnamon
  4. 1/2 tspBaking Soda
  5. 1/2 tspSalt
  6. 1/4 tspNutmeg
  7. 3/4 cupButter
  8. 1 3/4 cupQuick Oats
  9. 1 cupMashed Bananas
  10. 1Egg, beaten
  11. 1/2 cupNuts, chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. 2

    Mix dry ingredients.

  3. 3

    Cut in margarine.

  4. 4

    Add oats, mashed bananas, egg and nuts.

  5. 5

    Mix thoroughly until blended.

  6. 6

    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.

  7. 7

    Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
