Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup2 percent milk
  2. 1/2 cupcreamy peanut butter
  3. 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  4. 2 tbspbrown sugar
  5. 2 tbspsherry
  6. 2garlic cloves
  7. 1/4 tspred pepper flakes
  8. 12 ozuncooked spaghetti
  9. 1 lbtop sirloin steak, sliced
  10. 2 tspcanola oil, divided
  11. 1/2 cupthinly sliced carrots
  12. 1 cupfresh snow peas
  13. 2green onions sliced
  14. 1fresh cilantro
  15. 1fresh mushrooms sliced

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a small saucepan, bring first seven ingredients to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside.

    Cook spaghetti to package directions.

    In a large skillet or wok, stir fry beef in 1\2 teaspoon oil until no longer pink. Set aside.

    Stir fry carrot for 4 minutes. Add snow peas, onions and mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are caramelized.

    Return beef to skillet.

    Add pasta to the pan. Toss in sauce to coat and heat through. Garnish with cilantro.
