Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 2 cupbeef
  2. 1green pepper
  3. 1onion
  4. 3 clovegarlic
  5. 2 canblack beans
  6. 1 cansalsa
  7. 1 cantomato sauce
  8. 1 canmexican stewed tomatoes
  9. 1 eachtsp onion powder, garlic powder, cumin
  10. 12corn tortillas
  11. 2 cupcheese

Steps

  1. 1

    saute pepper, onion, garlic. add remaining except half of cheese.

  2. 2

    spread one half of mixture in 9x13 dish. layer tortillas, then remaining mixture.

  3. 3

    bake @ 350 for 20 min. sprinkle with remaining cheese. bake 5 more min.
