  4. 1 cupdry lentils
  5. 1 tbspchili powder
  6. 2 tspcumin
  7. 1 tsporegano
  8. 2 1/2 cupbroth
  9. 1 cupsalsa
  10. 12taco shells
  11. 1 1/2 cuplettuce
  12. 1 cuptomato
  13. 1 1/2 cupcheese
  14. 1sour cream

Steps

  1. 1

    saute onion & garlic. add lentils, seasonings & broth. cover & simmer 25 min.

  2. 2

    uncover & cook until thickened. mash slightly. add salsa.

  3. 3

    spoon mixture into taco shells. add toppings.
