This is the healthy breakfast to kick start your morning.This breakfast gives you energy and includes all the requirements of body. It includes ,grains ,fruits,dairy,pulses.

Make dough by adding salt,red chilli powder,ghee to the whole wheat flour.

Roll with rolling pin

Cook on tawa till crisp on both sides by applying very little ghee.

To make sprouts, soak moong for 6 to 8 hrs.Then remove water if it is excess just few drops should be left.cover with plate and leave in warm place overnight to sprout.

Pressure cook moong sprouts with salt and turmeric powder for 1 whistle and pressure for few seconds and switch off gas.

Serve with onion,tomatoes and lemon.
