  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cuppeanut butter
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 largeegg

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    mix all ingredients, except 1 tbl sugar

  3. 3

    spoon in heaping tbl onto ungreased cookie sheet

  4. 4

    dip a fork in tbl sugar and create criss cross patter on balls of dough

  5. 5

    bake at 350° 10-13 minutes
