Aata or suji ka soft dough ready karein.suji mix krne se paranthe kurkure ho jata hai.

Coriander leaves,ginger green chilli or peas ko mix karein.Sare masale dale or filling tayyar karein.1 tbsp bread crumbs mix karein.Ise paranthe fatega nahi.

Ate ki loi lekr bele,usme 1 tsp filling bhre,band karein or halke hathon se roti jitna bele.

Twa garam karein.Paratha dono side se oil lagakar seke.
- 5
Garma garam paranthe ghee ke sath serve karein.

Note.......Ye winter m ghee, butter ke sath khaya jata hai.
