Ingredients

  • For sabji
  • 6potato (boiled)
  • 4tomato (crushed)
  • 2green chilli (finally chopped)
  • as neededCoriander leave (finally chopped)
  • 1 inch ginger (crushed)
  • 2 spoonoil
  • To taste red chilli powder
  • To taste salt
  • 1/4 spoonCoriander powder
  • 1/4 spoonturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • 1/4 spooncumin seeds
  • 1 pinch hing
  • For pudi
  • 2 cupwheat flour (dough)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a one pan and oil, cumin seeds, hing saute in a few minutes add tomato, ginger, green chilli add all spices and burn it 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    After 5 min add boil & mashed potato and water and boil 5 min in a low flame.

  3. 3

    After 5 min add coriander leave and garam masala.

  4. 4

    Take a wheat flour make small ball and make pudi and deep fry it.

  5. 5

    Now, ready to eat.
