Ingredients

6 people
  • 1 bowlsuji(fine)
  • 1 1/4 bowl water
  • Salt
  • black salt
  • for the filling...
  • 100 gmatar
  • 1finely chopped onion
  • 2green chilli
  • leavesCoriander
  • Pinchsalt
  • Red chilli powder
  • 1 bowlBread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoonmaida
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • Black salt
  • Carrot

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a container and take some water in it.

  2. 2

    Heat the water.

  3. 3

    When water starts boiling then put pinch of black salt.

  4. 4

    Put chilli in it and stir it.Stirring it continuesly add suji in it.

  5. 5

    Till thicken stir it.Close the gas and leave it to cool.

  6. 6

    Mash matar,onion, green chilli, grated carrot, salt, little bit red chilli powder and mix all of them.

    Matar ke mixture ka gola bana le

  8. 8

    Bread crumbs ko plate me spread kar le. Greace your palm with oil.

  9. 9

    Suji ke ball bana kar andar matar ka mixture dalenge.

  10. 10

    Give it shape of oval. Maida ke ghol me dip kar ke breadcrumbs me lapet kar,press it.
