Ingredients

  • 1 cupfresh matar
  • 1/2 cupsoaked soy granules
  • 1med. Size potato, boiled n peeled
  • 2green chillies fine chopped
  • 1 tbspGinger fine chopped
  • Coriander leaves fine chopped
  • 1/2 tspjeera pd
  • 1/2 tspdhania pd
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper pd
  • Pinchgaram masala
  • Fresh bread crumbs
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil Mata with a little salt, drain n spread on cloth to remove excess water n mashed it.

  2. 2

    In one bowl squeeze all water from soya granules by pressing between ur palm.

  3. 3

    Now take one bowl add grate boiled potato, soya granules n mashed Matar.

  4. 4

    Then add chopped green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, jeera pd, Salt, dhania pd, pepper pd, garam masala and mix it well.

  5. 5

    Then add bread crumbs and mix it well, divide the mix. Into equal parts.

  6. 6

    Now u can give the shape of ur choice

  7. 7

    Now these cutlets u can be either deep fry or shallow fry

  8. 8

    Serve 🔥 with ur favourite green chutney or tomato ketchup
