Matar and soya granules cutlet recipe

Boil Mata with a little salt, drain n spread on cloth to remove excess water n mashed it.

In one bowl squeeze all water from soya granules by pressing between ur palm.

Now take one bowl add grate boiled potato, soya granules n mashed Matar.

Then add chopped green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, jeera pd, Salt, dhania pd, pepper pd, garam masala and mix it well.

Then add bread crumbs and mix it well, divide the mix. Into equal parts.

Now u can give the shape of ur choice

Now these cutlets u can be either deep fry or shallow fry

Serve 🔥 with ur favourite green chutney or tomato ketchup
