Put chhole in pressure cooker add 4 to 5 glass of water add 1 spoon salt and black pepper in it... close the cooker and let whistle comes...

After 7 to 8 whistles sim the gas for 15 min...after that switch off it...

Now take a shallow pan put oil and add bay leaves laung hing and badi ellaichi

Now add kasuri methi in it after that add garlic saute it and add onions saute it till golden brown

Now add tomato puree and mix it well after that add salt degi mirch garam masala chhole masala dhania powder to it and mix it properly

Sim the gas untill it leaves the sides with oil...

After that add chhole to it when it comes to boil add jeera powder to it and mix it....

If you want to make thick chhole then keep it on the sim flame till it will get thick...

For bhatura-take maida suji oil salt baking powder curd and mix it and knead it and let it be seated for 10 hours for fermentation..

After fementation make bhaturas and deep fry in oil..
