Ingredients

  • 1 cupsprouted moat
  • 1tomato
  • 1onion
  • 1greenchilli
  • 1carrot
  • 1cucumber
  • leavesCoriander
  • to tasteSalt
  • Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tea spoonolive oil
  • 1/2lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Make sprouts at home,

  2. 2

    Chopped all the veggies

  3. 3

    For dressing in oil add salt, black pepper powder and lemon juice

  4. 4

    In a bowl take sprouted moat, chopped vegetables mixed with spoon add dressing on top

  5. 5

    Mix gently and serve immediately.
