Ingredients

  • 2 bowlarhar daal
  • 2chopped tomatoes
  • 3green chilli
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tbspturmeric
  • 1/2 tbspheeng
  • 1 tbspred chilli
  • 1 bowlRice (soak rice)
  • Dry veg
  • 1 bowlsoya chunks
  • 5carrot chopped
  • 1 bowlpeas
  • 1chopped potato
  • 1chopped capsicum
  • 3chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspred chilli
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1/2 tbspturmeric
  • 1 tbsp cumin seed
  • For dry potato
  • 1/2 tbspheeng
  • 4boil potatoes
  • 1 tbspred chilli
  • 1 tbspcoriander
  • 1 tbspamchur
  • 1papad roasted
  • as neededOil

Steps

1 hr.
  1. 1

    Boil daal by adding salt turmeric and chopped tomatoes.

  2. 2

    Make tadka heat oil add cumin seeds heeng when it crackle add red chilli mix in daal... ready daal.

  3. 3

    Boil rice for 15 mn then when it cooks strain water.

  4. 4

    Add oil in kadai add heeng cumin seeds when it crackle add boil potatoes now add all spices.

  5. 5

    Add oil and heat add chopped onion fry it add peas then soya chunks add carrot and potatoes.fry well add ginger garlic.

  6. 6

    When it cooks add chopped tomatoes and all spices.mix well...

  7. 7

    Roast papad also...ready our healthy meal.....
