Boil daal by adding salt turmeric and chopped tomatoes.

Make tadka heat oil add cumin seeds heeng when it crackle add red chilli mix in daal... ready daal.

Boil rice for 15 mn then when it cooks strain water.

Add oil in kadai add heeng cumin seeds when it crackle add boil potatoes now add all spices.

Add oil and heat add chopped onion fry it add peas then soya chunks add carrot and potatoes.fry well add ginger garlic.

When it cooks add chopped tomatoes and all spices.mix well...

Roast papad also...ready our healthy meal.....
