Steps

Peel,wash and cut carrot into 1inches finger strips.

Boil carrot for 5-7 minutes.

Now take a kitchen towel and spread for 1hour.

Now make sugar syrup.

Add all carrot in sugar syrup,add lemon juice and cook carrots for 5-8 minutes or till soft.

Switch off gas when sugar syrup become thick,add almond in it and cool it.

Keep it in a jar.

Gajar ka muraba is ready.
