This was an unexpected hit dish. I made this for my hubby,s tiffin one day and when he returned, suprisingly I was flowered with loads and loads of praises. A must recommended dish for everyone. Please do try.

This was an unexpected hit dish. I made this for my hubby,s tiffin one day and when he returned, suprisingly I was flowered with loads and loads of praises. A must recommended dish for everyone. Please do try.
Steps

Slice onions and deep fry them in oil on high flame.

Add palak m potatoes and saute for few minutes.

Add green chillies, chopped tomatoes and peas and saute well.

Now add salt & pepper. Add little water and cook covered untill the veggies are tender.

Add chopped corandier leaves and serve hot with chappatis. Your tasty palak ki sabzi is ready to serve.
