Wash the carrot peel it and great all the carrot and put into the pressure cooker with sugar and give 4 to 5 whistle on a medium flame and keep the flame off and keep aside.

Take a heavy bottom pan and put boiled carrots into the pan and put one cup milk along with and stir well.

When milk get dried from the carrot than put fresh malai,desi ghee, chopped nuts and green cardimom powder and mix well.

Keep staring on slow to medium flame for 3 to 4 min.

Now put grated khoya into the pan and mix well and keep string until all the moisture absorbed from the halwa and leaves the oil than keep the flame off.

Hence your yummy homemade gazar ka halwa is ready to serve garnish with some grated khoya and chopped nuts...and serve hot..
