Lemon grass infused pink salmon

Marinate the salmon in salt pepper crushed garlic pimentoes and two tablespoons of lime juice. After marinating for at least an hour, heat a skillet with butter. When the butter is translucent add the sticks of lemon grass. After two minutes add the salmon and pan sear until golden brown on both sides, about 4 mins each. Cool and serve without the lemon grass sticks.
