Sophie's brie and bacon muffins

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Combine your wet ingredients thoroughly.

In a separate bowl, combine your powdery ingredients.

Add your wet ingredients to the dry ones mix until combined.

Fold in the brie and bacon.

Divide evenly between your muffin cases. I use a silicon muffin tray.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean and they are slightly golden.

Great hot, cold, or cut in half and toasted and buttered.
