Ingredients

  1. 1egg
  2. 1/4sunflower oil
  3. 90 mlnatural yogurt
  4. 55 gramscrumbled feta
  5. 115 gramsplain flour
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 1/4 tspbicarbonate of soda
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 40 gramspitted chopped black olives
  10. 1/2 tbsprosemary

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180°.

  2. 2

    Mix your wet ingredients in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Combine your dry powdery ingredients in another bowl.

  4. 4

    Mix the two together.

  5. 5

    Fold in your olives, rosemary and feta.

  6. 6

    Divide between 6 muffin trays - I like to use silicon ones.

  7. 7

    Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean and they are lightly golden.

  8. 8

    Enjoy hot, cold, or cut in half and toasted with butter.
