Parboil beans for 40minutes,wash and boil again with water coveeing it.

Add salt and sliced onion and cover to boil for 20minutes,check the beans if is soft now.if isbnot top up water and boil till is soft a bit.

Grate the ginger,garlic,tumeric and add,add the blended crayfish and fresh pepper.

Cover and boil till the beans is very well.adf the red oil and turn with a spartula cover and boil for 3minutes.turn again and is good to go.

Wash and slice the vegetable,pour in a clean frying pan.

Add salt and sliced onion turn for 40seconds

Serve and enjoy both.
