  • 1 tspoil
  • 1 cupdry lentils
  • 1 tbspchili powder
  • 2 tspcumin
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 2 1/2 cupbroth
  • 1 cupsalsa
  • 12taco shells
  • 1 1/2 cuplettuce
  • 1 cuptomato
  • 1 1/2 cupcheese
  • 1sour cream

Steps

  1. 1

    saute onion & garlic. add lentils, seasonings & broth. cover & simmer 25 min.

  2. 2

    uncover & cook until thickened. mash slightly. add salsa.

  3. 3

    spoon mixture into taco shells. add toppings.
