4 cupkale/stems removed
4 cupwatercress
8 cupspinach
1/2 cupwater
2 tbspextra virgin oil
1salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Tear greens into 2-3 inches

Heat a large saucepan over med heat and add water oil and kale

Cover and let kale wilt for 1-2 mins

As watercress and allow to wilt for another 1-2 mins

Add spinach 1-2 mins drain water and salt & pepper to taste
