  • 4 cupkale/stems removed
  • 4 cupwatercress
  • 8 cupspinach
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 2 tbspextra virgin oil
  • 1salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Tear greens into 2-3 inches

  2. 2

    Heat a large saucepan over med heat and add water oil and kale

  3. 3

    Cover and let kale wilt for 1-2 mins

  4. 4

    As watercress and allow to wilt for another 1-2 mins

  5. 5

    Add spinach 1-2 mins drain water and salt & pepper to taste
