  1. 3 tbspextra virgin oil
  2. 2 headgarlic
  3. 4boneless chicken breast
  4. 1/4 cupfresh parsley
  5. 1 tbspfresh thyme
  6. 1freshly ground pepper
  7. 1/2 tspsea salt
  8. 1/2 tspfresh sage
  9. 1/4 cupMacadamia nuts crushed
  10. 1 tbspDijon mustard
  11. 1 bunchasparagus trimmed
  12. 2 cupsalad greens

  1. 1

    Preheat over to 375 drizzle 1tsp oil over heads off garlic and roast for 30 mins

  2. 2

    Peace chicken in plastic bad and pound

  3. 3

    Mix herbs, salt, pepper, and nuts in small bowl and place in plate

  4. 4

    Brush each breast with dijon mustard and coat each side with mixture

  5. 5

    Hear oil, saute breast with smooth side down 3-4 mins

  6. 6

    Reduce hear and turn over, cook until done

  7. 7

    Heat 1tbsp oil in pan saute asparagus for 3-4 mins

  8. 8

    Slice chicken and squeeze garlic out on skin. Arrange asparagus over chicken
