mix all ingredients until have an homogeneus mass and covert it with the olive oil, film the mass for about 24 hours . When the mass is ready expand it until have 1mm thickness and cut it to get a square. When the square is ready bend from both sides to get like a doble roll. Now cut 1cm long all mass. in a pot boil water with salt and put the mass into. in 3mins you will have pasta ready to serve. For the REDUCTION SAUCE WE ARE GOING TO REDUCE WHINE 3/3, chicken broth 2/3, WHIPPIN MILK 1/3 when we have all the ingredients mixed we are gonna put the tagliattellis into the sauce with the butter and ham and its ready to serve!!
