Take deep vessel put water and boil

Now add saviyan,little salt and 1tsp oil and cook the saviyan

Drain the water from the sivayan and wash the cook sivayan with 1glass cold water and leave it.

Take a khadai put 1tsp oil and add all veggies and cook for few min.

Now add salt,gram masala,chilli,black pepper and ketchup

Mix well

Put the cook sevyian and mix well.

Let them cool

Take a plate. Put atta, maida, salt and oil and make roti dough and rest for 10 min

Take a little ball roll in atta or maida and make thin roti and half cook from both the side

Take one roti stuff noodle and seal all the side with atta paste(water+atta) and give spring roll shape.

Fold the roti

Roll the roti and seal the side

Deep fry all the spring roll at medium hot oil

Serve kurkure spring roll with chutney or sauces
