  1. Meat
  2. 6Pork Chops
  3. Seasoning
  4. 1 dashSalt / Pepper / Garlic / Onion Powder
  5. 2 tbspFlour (Sauce)
  6. 1/2 cupFlour (Breading)
  7. 1 canChicken Broth
  8. 8 ozSour Crean
  9. 1 tbspYellow Curry Powder

    Combine 1/2 Cup flour, salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder.

  2. 2

    Dredge pork chops through flour mixture.

  3. 3

    Brown both sides of pork chops in a skillet over medium heat with a bit of oil.

  4. 4

    Place chops in a slow cooker, with chicken broth and curry. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.

  5. 5

    Preheat oven to 200°F. Place chops in oven to keep warm.

  6. 6

    In crock pot juices add sour cream and 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix well and heat in crock pot for 15-30 minutes to thicken.

    Serve sauce over pork chops
