1 1/2cucumbers
1/2 lbfresh green grapes
1fresh garlic cloves
1/2avocado
3 tbspwhite wine vinegar
1/3 cupextra virgin olive oil
1salt/pepper to taste
1 smallhandful or parsley
3scallions
1some ice cubes

Cut up cucumber in thick slices..add grapes,garlic,andavocado

pulse that for a little bit in food processor

Add all other ingredients and pulse.

Top off with a little olive oil and toasted almonds
