
Sweet and Sour Chicken

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Cut chicken breasts into bite sized pieces and season with salt & pepper.

In separate bowls, place cornstarch in one, and eggs in another.

Dip chicken into egg and then the cornstarch.

Heat canola oil in large skillet over med-high heat and cook chicken until browned.

Place chicken in a greased 9×13 baking dish.

In a medium sized bowl, combine sugar, ketchup, vinegars, soy sauce, and garlic salt.

Pour over chicken and bake for 1 hour.

Stir chicken every 15 minutes so that chicken is coated.
