I always loved to eat crab cakes, but we never had crab laying around the house. We did, of course, have canned tuna and hence my tuna cakes were born!

Open and drain tuna

In a large bowl, combine the tuna with all the wet ingredients (Mayo, Worcestershire Sauce, Eggs)

Combine tuna mixture with the rest of the dry ingredients
- 4
With the mixture, forms small patties about as thick as your pinky
- 5
Fry the patties in a pan until brown on each side
