Ingredients

  • 2 cuppoha(regular...we use for kanda poha)
  • Black salt(compulsory) then if needed normal salt
  • Sugar
  • 1 tbspLemon
  • 1/2 cupCoconut greated(geela nariyal)
  • Same coconut water
  • 2-3raw Green chillies paste
  • 1 inchginger paste
  • Dried Chana dal(daaliya)
  • Dhaniya..

Steps

  1. 1

    Poha soak in only coconut water make it little dry

    Add all ingredients...and mix well by hands

    Derocate with dhaniya and daaliya
