Ingredients

  • 16 cupTomatoes - Roma or mix
  • 2 cupPeppers
  • 1 cupHot pepper
  • 2 cupOnion
  • 1 tbspCumin
  • 2 canTomato paste
  • 2 tbspSalt and pepper
  • 1 cupBrown sugar
  • 2 cupCilantro
  • 2 cupVinegar
  • 1/4 cupGarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil tomatoes then drop in ice, peel

  2. 2

    Cook all but tomato and cilantro; 10-20 min

  3. 3

    Add rest and cook for 10 min
