Steps

Place roast in a deep oven proof vessel with a lid. Cast iron works great.

Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over the roast. Cover and braise for 2-3 hours in a 300° oven until meat is tender.

Remove beef and shred with a fork.

This is fantastic for tacos, burritos, enchiladas, etc. Delicious!
