Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 cupCooked White Rice
  • 3/4 cupcooking cream
  • 1 tspDried Basil
  • 1/4 tspDijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tspBlue Cheese
  • 1 pieceLean Meat
  • 1 tspButter
  • 3/4 tspPesto
  • 1 tspolive oil, extra virgin

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the piece of meat in a skillet with olie oil and cook it

  2. 2

    Prepare 1 cup of white rice

  3. 3

    In a pan add butter and wait for it to melt

  4. 4

    Add cooking cream, blue cheese, pesto, basil and dijon mustard and mix them up

  5. 5

    After 1 minute add the piece of meat prepared earlier on the sause with some of the rice prepared earlier and leave it on low heat for 1 minute

  6. 6

    Add salt to taste

  7. 7

    Bon appetit!
